Students aspiring to get admission into the MIC need to first appear for an online test designed for the BAJC (Bachelor in Arts of Journalism and Communication). If they clear the examination, they are then required to confirm their admission to the program by either going to the campus or confirming their payment through NEFT or other online methods.


There is a dedicated placement cell for the students in the college, and so far it seems that they have been doing a pretty decent job. The placement process begins in September with the compilation of profiles of students and the preparation and printing of the placement brochure. Students, along with faculty members visit industries from October to December and distribute placement brochures in print and electronic forms and invite them to visit the campus for pre-placement presentations.
